Your papers are the most private thing you own. Here is exactly what happens to them.
No marketing language on this page. Where something is still being confirmed, it is marked as such, and we will not launch until it is.
Where your data goes
Three places, and no fourth.
For Start and full review (Way 1): your files stay with us, encrypted. The text of a document is sent to an AI provider for reading, under a business agreement. Outside research uses public sources only. Nothing goes anywhere else.
Your copies are stored on encrypted disks under our control. Originals you hand over are returned. Account, card and reference numbers are masked in the working copies.
To read a document, its text is sent to Anthropic (USA) under commercial terms that exclude training on your data and limit retention to 30 days. Processing takes place outside Switzerland.
You receive the page and, if you want them, the full transcripts. You can ask for your copies to be deleted at any time; we confirm deletion in writing.
Commitments
What we promise.
- Only your own papers, with your consent
- We work from documents you own or are entitled to share. We never accept data from your bank, your employer or anyone else's clients, even if offered.
- Swiss data protection law
- The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. Where a client is in the EU, the GDPR applies in addition. We sign a short written agreement with you before the first paid engagement. Your rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent (FADP Art. 25 ff.). Sensitive data such as health, proceedings or finances only with your express consent (FADP Art. 6 para. 7).
- Research from public sources only
- Laws, court decisions, regulators' publications, public reports. Your file is never uploaded to a search engine or a third-party database for research.
- Deleted when you say so
- Standard: copies are deleted 30 days after delivery, requests without an order after 90 days, or earlier on request, confirmed in writing. Longer only if you ask.
- Two people, no subcontractors
- Only the two of us see your papers. We do not pass work to third parties. The AI provider processes text under contract and is not a person reading your file.
- No advice, no decisions
- We organise, research and check. Legal, tax and investment decisions stay with your professionals. We prepare the file they will need.
- Confidentiality
- We treat everything you show us as confidential, including the fact that you are a client. We never use client material as an example, not even anonymised. The examples on this site are invented.
- Family (Way 2): your data stays with you
- When we set up your own AI we never see your papers. They run in your own account with the model provider (Anthropic, USA), with training switched off or via the API; we document that setting with you. We are not the controller of your data there. Human checking only if you expressly hand us documents for it.
- This website: logs, form, fonts
- Our host Infomaniak (Switzerland) stores technical access logs when you open this site (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting; we do not analyse them. The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. What you enter in the request form is sent as an e-mail to our mailbox at Infomaniak and deleted after 90 days if no engagement follows. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash; these providers receive your IP address. The film is served from our own server.
